Terms of Service

1. Using WebStruct

By using WebStruct you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13 years old. If you use WebStruct for an organisation, you confirm you can agree to these terms for it.

2. Your account

You can try the editor without an account, but saving needs one. Give us accurate information, keep your sign-in details secure, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. You can sign in with email or with Google.

3. Your content

You own the websites, text, images and other content you create or upload. You give WebStruct permission to store, process and display it only as needed to run the service for you, for example to save your website, show it in the editor and send your AI description to our provider.

You are responsible for your content and for having the rights to use it. Do not upload anything you don’t have permission to use.

4. Templates, sections and exports

Our templates, section layouts, themes and the editor remain ours. We give you a licence to use them to build and export your own websites, including for commercial use, but not to resell or redistribute the templates and sections themselves as a competing template or design product.

5. The AI Assistant

The AI Assistant writes text and builds layouts from your description. Its output can be wrong, incomplete or similar to other people’s output, so treat it as a first draft and check every detail, including prices, addresses, claims, testimonials and statistics, before you publish. You are responsible for the website you share.

Daily limits apply and may change. Your descriptions and attached documents are processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use WebStruct to:

• break the law, or infringe someone else’s rights;
• build websites for fraud, phishing, malware, harassment, hate or sexual content involving minors;
• attempt to access other people’s accounts or data, or to disrupt or overload the service;
• use automated means to create accounts or generate websites in bulk, or to get around limits;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

7. Free beta and changes

WebStruct is free during the beta. Features, limits and pricing can change, and we may introduce paid plans. We will give notice before charging for anything you already use.

8. Availability and your data

We work to keep WebStruct available and your work safe, but the service is provided without a promise that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Keep your own copy of anything important by exporting your website.

9. Ending your account

You can stop using WebStruct at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@webstruct.in. We may suspend or end accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as the limits on our liability) will continue after your account ends.

10. Disclaimers and liability

WebStruct is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, WebStruct is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost data or content, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim (or zero while the service is free). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you about significant changes by email or in the app. Using WebStruct after a change means you accept the updated terms.
