Privacy Policy

WebStruct is a visual website builder. This policy explains what information we collect when you use it, why, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We have tried to keep it plain and short.
1. What we collect
Account details. Your name and email address, and a password if you sign up with email. Passwords are stored only as a one-way hash by our authentication provider; we never see or store the password itself.
Google sign-in. If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google tells us your name, email address and whether the email is verified. We ask for nothing else: we do not receive your Google password and cannot see your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data.
Your content. The websites you build, images you upload, blocks you save, and the descriptions you give the AI Assistant, together with a history of what you generated, including how many tokens each generation used and its estimated cost.
Usage records. The dates you sign up and last sign in, how many websites you have, and when you export a website.
Guest work. If you use the editor without an account, your website stays in your browser (in the page and in local storage while a save is pending). It is not sent to us until you save it to an account.
2. How we use it
- To create your account, sign you in and keep your websites safe and available to you.
- To run the AI Assistant, and to enforce the daily generation limit.
- To email you about your account: confirming your address, resetting a password and a one-time welcome message. We do not send marketing email without asking you first.
- To understand how the product is used, protect it from abuse and fix problems.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising.
3. Google user data
WebStruct uses Google only to sign you in. We use the name and email address Google provides to create and identify your account and to send the account emails described above. We do not use it for anything else.
WebStruct’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not transfer this information to others except as needed to provide the service (see “Who we share it with”), to comply with law, or with your consent, and we do not use it to serve ads.
You can remove WebStruct’s access at any time in your Google Account under Security → Your connections to third-party apps and services.
4. The AI Assistant
When you generate a website, your description and the text of any documents you attach are sent to our AI provider, DeepSeek, to write the website. Documents are read in memory and are not stored by WebStruct. Your description is kept in your generation history, and images you attach are saved to your uploads. Do not include confidential or sensitive personal information in your descriptions or documents.
5. Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf, only to run WebStruct:
- Supabase: database, sign-in and file storage.
- Vercel: hosting, and cookie-free visit counts for the public website.
- DeepSeek: the AI that writes websites (see above).
- Google: sign-in, if you choose it.
- Our email provider: delivering account emails.
These providers may process data in countries other than your own. We may also disclose information when the law requires it or to protect the service and its users.
A small number of WebStruct administrators can see account details and usage records, and can open a website read-only when that is needed to give support or investigate abuse.
6. Cookies and analytics
We use only the cookies needed to keep you signed in. They are essential, so there is no cookie banner. Visit and page-view counts for the public website are collected without cookies and do not identify you; the application and editor are not measured.
7. How long we keep it
We keep your account and content while your account is open. A website you delete moves to Recently deleted, where you can restore it. When you ask us to delete your account we remove your account, websites and uploads; limited records may remain in backups for a short time, or longer where the law requires.
8. Your choices
You can edit your account details and delete your websites in the app. To access a copy of your data, correct it, or have your account and data deleted, email support@webstruct.in from the address on your account and we will respond promptly. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law; we will honour them.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, and each account’s data is isolated in the database so that one account cannot read another’s. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
10. Children
WebStruct is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has given us personal information, email support@webstruct.in and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you about significant changes by email or in the app.
